FREE WORKSHOP ON BUILDING EMOTIONAL RESILLIENCE WITH THE POWER OF COGNTIVE-BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY (CBT)

  • Do you have excessive anger or problems coping with your anger?
  • Does your manner of expressing anger cause harm to you or those you care about?
  • Are there signs that you need help dealing with your anger?

In the workshop you will learn:

  • How human emotions work
  • Why its important to look after our emotional health

You will learn about CBT and how it can help to safeguard emotional and physical health
THIS WORKSHOP WOULD BE A STEPING STONE TO LIVING A LIFE THAT IS BOTH CONTENT AND MEANINGFUL.
